On any candidate's full profile page in Naukri Resdex, a "Review & Send to RecruitMX" button appears in the corner.
A panel slides in — name, contact info, current role, experience, salary, skills, industry — already filled in and every field editable. Attach the candidate's real CV here too and RecruitMX parses it with AI automatically.
Send it, and your RecruitMX tab opens with Add Candidate already filled in. Give it a final look and click Save — done.
Every design choice here is about staying in control — nothing automatic happens to your data without you seeing it first.
Scraping happens on the page, into an editable review panel — not straight to RecruitMX. You approve every field, every time, before anything is sent.
Attach the candidate's actual CV and it goes through the same AI parser a manual upload uses — the most complete, most accurate source, with the Naukri scrape only filling in whatever it doesn't cover.
Instead of hooking into Naukri's internal CSS class names — which change on nearly every deploy — this reads off stable signals: icon labels, section headings, and visible text. When Naukri does change something, one small file needs an update, not the whole extension.
Runs locally in your browser. Scraped data goes to whichever RecruitMX URL you configure — your own instance, nowhere else — over the same session you're already logged into.
This extension is loaded as an unpacked folder for now — a Chrome/Edge developer-mode install, not a Web Store click. It takes three short steps.
Open chrome://extensions (Edge/Brave have the same page under a different URL) and flip the toggle in the top-right corner.
Select the extension/ folder from the RecruitMX codebase.
Click the extension's icon in your toolbar and confirm the URL — defaults to localhost:3010 for local development.
